Every product we ship comes with an authenticity card that proves and guarantees the quality and authenticity of the product. Our experts guarantee authenticity before it reaches your hands.
All products come directly from our network of European resellers and specialist partners . They have never been worn and are delivered in their original packaging with all accessories .
How do you tell a real one from a fake one?
- Once the product reaches us, it is analyzed/examined down to the smallest detail : labels, packaging, seams and odors.
- Each item is carefully checked to guarantee the authenticity of the product you receive.
Are the products sold new?
All items we ship are new. We inspect each item before shipping to ensure that it is not only authentic , but also new , unused or tried on . Comes with original box and packaging (additional laces, other accessories , etc. ).
How do you get the limited products that are out of stock everywhere?

How do I cancel or modify my order?
- You can request to modify or cancel your order by contacting our customer service . Please email contact@newtreats-store.com and include your 6-digit order number with hashtag in your order confirmation email.
