Are the products sold at NEWTREATS authentic?

Every product we ship comes with an authenticity card that proves and guarantees the quality and authenticity of the product. Our experts guarantee authenticity before it reaches your hands.

All products come directly from our network of European resellers and specialist partners . They have never been worn and are delivered in their original packaging with all accessories .

How do you tell a real one from a fake one?

  • Once the product reaches us, it is analyzed/examined down to the smallest detail : labels, packaging, seams and odors.
  • Each item is carefully checked to guarantee the authenticity of the product you receive.

Are the products sold new?

All items we ship are new. We inspect each item before shipping to ensure that it is not only authentic , but also new , unused or tried on . Comes with original box and packaging (additional laces, other accessories , etc. ).

    How do you get the limited products that are out of stock everywhere?

    • Products are available in limited quantities and sell out quickly in traditional stores and websites.
    • Our mission is to provide you with safe access to these unique and authentic products. To do this, we work with our network of partner resellers , individuals and professionals across Europe, we continue to source these products after their release.

        Exchanges / Returns

        How do I cancel or modify my order?

        • You can request to modify or cancel your order by contacting our customer service . Please email contact@newtreats-store.com and include your 6-digit order number with hashtag in your order confirmation email.
        • If you change your order and the price changes, you will have to pay the difference. Conversely , we will reimburse you for the overpayment if necessary .


          How do I exchange my order?

          You can exchange your order within 14 calendar days of receipt. To do this, go to our returns portal and make sure you respect our return and exchange conditions. We will exchange your order as long as the product is returned unused , in its original packaging , and with all accessories.
          On request via email , you will receive an e-mail with a stamped return slip and a return slip to place in your package. Once your return has been received and processed, our Customer Service will send you by email a credit for the amount of your first order (excluding shipping costs) to be used within 12 months of receipt. Exchanges are free for orders shipped to France . For orders shipped to other countries, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

            How to request a refund?

            You can return your order within 14 calendar days of receipt . To do this, send us an email and make sure you comply with our returns policy . We will refund your order if the item has been unworn and is returned with the original packaging and all accessories included . After your return request, you will receive by email a stamped return label and a returns form to put in your package. Once your return is received and processed , your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours using the payment method used for the original order. Returns are free for orders shipped to mainland France only. For orders shipped to other countries, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .
