Delivery

How does delivery work with us?

We ensure delivery of our products to your home or to a relay point, using the services of Chronopost, Laposte and UPS. Packages are delivered directly to your home with a signature required. Our order processing times vary from 5 to 12 working days on average (excluding weekends and public holidays) for mainland France, and from 7 to 15 working days on average for orders outside mainland France.

Products marked “EXPRESS 48H” can be delivered to your home in a maximum of two working days. This means they are already on our premises, having passed authentication checks by our experts. If you order one of these products before 5 p.m., it will be dispatched the same day and arrive at your home within two working days. If the order is placed after 5 p.m., the product will be shipped the next day.

Each product ordered on Newtreats is carefully selected from our network of partner resellers based on orders placed.

If your order includes several products, they will be shipped to you individually according to their date of receipt at our premises, guaranteeing rapid receipt.

After ordering on our site, you will receive an email with your order number. If the product is not available in our stock in Paris, we look for it among our network of partner resellers in Europe. Once found, the product is transported to our premises, received, authenticated, and checked by our team. After passing our authentication process, it is repackaged in its original packaging, packaged in our packaging, and then shipped. You will then receive an email with a tracking number to follow its delivery.

Once you receive this email, delivery will be made within 2 business days. If you are absent during delivery, Chronopost, Laposte or UPS will offer to reschedule delivery, give the package to a trusted neighbor, or drop it off at a nearby relay point.

For deliveries to a Chronopost relay point, your package will be available for 7 days, and for deliveries to a UPS relay point, it will be available for 10 days.

Do you make deliveries in France and abroad?

We ensure delivery in mainland France as well as in the overseas departments (DOM-TOM).

Why haven't I received my package tracking number yet?

If you have not yet received your tracking number from our carrier Chronopost, laposte or UPS, this indicates that your order is currently in transit to our premises or undergoing authentication. Once your package has been delivered to our carrier Chronopost, Laposte or UPS, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number, as well as a link to follow the progress of your package.
