Our average processing time is 5 to 12 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for Ireland and mainland Europe, and 7 to 15 business days for international orders.
Products marked “EXPRESS 48H” can be delivered within 2 business days. These items are already in our facilities, having successfully passed our authentication checks. Orders placed before 5:00 PM are shipped the same day; those placed after 5:00 PM are shipped the following business day.
Each product ordered on Newtreats is carefully selected from our network of verified European suppliers based on your purchase. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on their arrival at our facility, ensuring faster delivery to you.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. If the product is not in stock in Dublin, our sourcing team will locate it from our partner network across Europe. Once found, the product is sent to our quality control center, authenticated, and verified by our team. After authentication, it is re-packed in its original packaging and shipped to you.
You will then receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Delivery typically occurs within 2 business days after dispatch.
