Refunds and Returns Policy


🟩 RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE – IRELAND

Back :

If your delivery address is in Ireland , you don't have to pay anything: we'll cover the return costs!
Any return request must be made by email to contact@newtreats-store.com , within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

After validation of your request, you will receive:

  • a return slip to include in your package,
  • as well as precise instructions for making your return (address, methods, carrier).

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 2 working days following receipt and inspection of the merchandise, provided that it meets the return conditions stipulated in our policy.

Any returned product must be in its original condition , unworn , undamaged , and accompanied by its original packaging and the corresponding proof of purchase.


Exchange :

If your delivery address is in Ireland , return shipping is also free.
You must contact contact@newtreats-store.com within 14 days of receipt.

After validation of your exchange request, you will receive an email containing all the instructions necessary to return the product.
Once your return has been received and processed, our customer service will send you a credit note equal to the value of the initial order (excluding shipping costs), valid for 12 months from receipt.


🇪🇺 RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE – EUROPE & INTERNATIONAL

If your delivery address is outside Ireland , return costs are your responsibility.
You must contact contact@newtreats-store.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

After receiving your request, our team will send you detailed return instructions by email (procedure, address, carrier to use, etc.).
No returns will be accepted without prior validation by email.

Refunds are made within a maximum of 2 working days following receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, subject to compliance with the return conditions.


Exchange :

If your delivery address is outside Ireland , return costs are your responsibility.
You must submit your exchange request via contact@newtreats-store.com , within 14 calendar days.

After validation, our customer service will tell you what to do and what information to include with your package.
Once the return is received and approved, you will receive a credit note equal to the value of the initial order (excluding shipping costs) , valid for 12 months from receipt.


📦 RETURN STATUS

Once your return has been received, processed and accepted, the refund will be made to the payment method used when ordering, within 24 to 48 hours.

In the event of refusal of the return (product worn, damaged or non-compliant), the customer will be informed by email within 7 calendar days of receipt of the package.
We can return the product to the customer at the address of their choice, at their expense.


💶 RETURN COSTS

Initial shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.
Only the amount of the returned product will be refunded, subject to compliance with the return conditions.


📦 PACKAGING CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

In order to guarantee the protection of returned products, it is imperative that they are returned in their original box , placed in rigid and secure packaging.

Plastic bags or flexible envelopes are not permitted.
In case of non-compliance, repackaging fees or a deduction from the refund may be applied depending on the condition of the package.


🚫 EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland) and Directive 2011/83/EU , the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

1. Rare products or products with a value greater than €250

These items are obtained through specific sourcing for the customer and cannot be easily resold.
They are considered special orders , excluded from the right of withdrawal.

2. Personalized or custom-made products

This includes our custom New Era Yankees caps , where decorative elements (flowers, bows, rhinestones, embroidery, beads, etc.) are either handmade or added specifically for each order.
These products are unique pieces and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. Exception – size exchange

In the event of a size error on certain adjustable models, an exchange may be offered, subject to availability and validation by customer service.
No refund will be made in this case.
