Refunds and Returns Policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE – FRANCE


Back :
If your delivery address is in Metropolitan France, you have nothing to pay: we offer you the return costs ! You must make your return request via contact@newtreats-store.com , within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Following your return request, you will receive your prepaid return slip by email as well as a return slip to include in your package.

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 2 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, provided that it meets the return conditions stipulated in our policy. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by their original packaging and corresponding proof of purchase.

Exchange :

If your delivery address is in EUROPE , return costs are your responsibility ! You must submit your return request via contact@newtreats-store.com , within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Following your exchange request, you will receive a return slip by email to include in your package.

If your delivery address is outside mainland France, return shipping costs are your responsibility. You must submit your request via our contact@newtreats-store.com , within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Following your return request, you will receive an email to send us your tracking number with a photocopy of the delivery slip.

RETURN STATUS

Once your return has been received, processed and accepted, the refund will be made to the payment method used when you placed your order, within 24 to 48 hours from the date our team receives your return.

If your return is refused , you will be informed by email or telephone within 7 calendar days of our team receiving your return. We can return the product to the address of your choice, at your expense .

RETURN COSTS

The initial shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable. Only the amount of the returned product will be refunded, subject to compliance with the return conditions.

PACKAGING CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To ensure the protection of returned products, it is imperative that they be returned in their original box and placed in a cardboard or rigid packaging. Plastic bags or any other soft packaging are not permitted, as they may damage the box and/or the product during transport.

Failure to comply with this rule may result in a reconditioning fee or a deduction from the refund amount. These fees will be calculated based on the damage incurred.

* Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The exclusion applies to rare products with a value greater than 250 euros :
These products, which are difficult to find and not usually available in stock, are considered personalized or specially ordered products for the customer. This classification is justified by the complexity and time required to find these items, which makes their resale difficult, if not impossible.

Definitions and explanations :

  • Rare or Specially Ordered Products: These items are obtained through extensive research conducted exclusively for the client. Their limited market availability and high value require special management. This includes certain limited-edition sneakers and figurines, which are difficult to obtain through traditional channels.

    Personalized or custom-made products: In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
    This concerns our customized New Era Yankees caps , whose decorative elements (flowers, bows, rhinestones, embroidery, etc.) are handmade or added specifically for each order. These items are therefore considered unique pieces, personalized on demand, and cannot be canceled or refunded once the order has been validated.

    Exception – size exchange:
    In case of a size error on certain adjustable models, we may consider a size exchange , subject to availability and after validation by our customer service. No refund will be made, even in this case.

For products with a value less than 250 euros , it is possible to accept a return under certain conditions, as their resale is easier. However, we encourage you to carefully check all the information concerning your order (size, color, etc.) before finalizing it.
