Refunds and Returns Policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE – METROPOLITAN FRANCE

Back :
If your delivery address is located in Metropolitan France, you do not have to pay anything: we offer you the return costs ! You must submit your return request via contact@newtreats-store.com , within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order.

Following your return request, you will receive your stamped return slip by email as well as a return slip to put in your package.

Exchange :

Following your exchange request, you will receive your prepaid return slip by email as well as a return slip to slip into your package. Once your return has been received and processed, our customer service will send you a credit note of a value equal to the initial order (excluding shipping costs), to be used within 12 months of receipt.

If your delivery address is located in EUROPE , the return costs are your responsibility ! You must submit your return request via contact@newtreats-store.com , within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order.

Following your exchange request, you will receive a return slip by email to put in your package.

Exchange :

If your delivery address is located in EUROPE , the return costs are your responsibility. You must make your request via our contact@newtreats-store.com , within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order.

Following your return request, you will receive by email to send us your tracking number with a photocopy of the delivery slip.

Once your return has been received and processed, our customer service will send you a credit note of a value equal to the initial order (excluding shipping costs), to be used within 12 months of receipt .

If your delivery address is outside mainland France, the return costs are your responsibility. You must make your request via our contact@newtreats-store.com , within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order.

Following your return request, you will receive by email to send us your tracking number with a photocopy of the delivery slip.

Exchange :

RETURN STATUS

Once your return has been received, processed and accepted, the refund will be effective on the payment method used when placing your order, within 24 to 48 hours from the date your return is received by our team.

If your return is refused , you will be informed by e-mail or by telephone within 7 calendar days of receipt of your return by our team. We can return the product to the address of your choice, at your expense .
