The website https://newtreats-store.com is operated by NEWTREATS LTD , a company governed by Irish law (Private Company Limited by Shares), registered under number 790664 , with its registered office at 21 Tyrone House, James Joyce Street, D01 P0K5, Dublin, Republic of Ireland (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”).

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “Terms of Sale”) define the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Customer in connection with the purchase of Products through the Site.

ANY ORDER PLACED ON THE SITE IMPLIES THE CLIENT'S FULL ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF SALE.

1. PRODUCTS

Products offered on the Site are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
Most items are limited-edition or hand-customized , and availability cannot always be guaranteed.
Product images are illustrative and non-contractual.

2. PRICES

All prices are shown in euros (€) or local currency depending on the Client's location.
They include applicable taxes (VAT) when required under Irish or EU law.
NEWTREATS LTD reserves the right to modify prices at any time but commits to applying the rates in effect at the time of the order.

3. ORDERS

To place an order, the Client must:

Select desired Products and add them to the cart;
Validate the order after reviewing its contents;
Confirm acceptance of these Terms of Sale;
Proceed with secure payment.

The order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
A confirmation email summarizing the order details will be sent to the Client.

4. PAYMENTS

Payments are made via secure gateways (eg, PayPal, Shopify Payments, Scalapay).
Payment in installments may be offered through our partners (eg, Scalapay, PayPal Pay Later) under their own terms.
NEWTREATS LTD reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of payment issues or suspected fraud.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Client.
Shipping times depend on stock availability and destination.
NEWTREATS LTD cannot be held liable for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

Ownership of the Products transfers to the Client upon full payment.

6. RETURNS AND EXCLUSIONS

Customers have 14 days to report a defective or damaged item upon receipt.
Customized or rare products (valued over €250) are excluded from withdrawal or return rights in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Irish Consumer Law.

7. LEGAL WARRANTY

All Products benefit from the statutory conformity guarantee provided under EU and Irish law.
This guarantee covers manufacturing defects but excludes normal wear or damage caused by misuse.

8. RELIABILITY

NEWTREATS LTD shall not be liable for indirect damages, delays, or losses resulting from misuse, negligence, or force majeure.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, photos, texts, and visuals displayed on the Site remain the exclusive property of NEWTREATS LTD.
Any reproduction or exploitation is strictly prohibited without written authorization.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Sale are governed by Irish law .
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dublin (Republic of Ireland) .
