We process all orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability (in-stock or made-to-order).

Estimated delivery times from the dispatch date:

  • France: 1–2 business days via Colissimo

  • Europe: 2–4 business days via UPS

  • United Kingdom: 2–3 business days via UPS

  • Rest of the world: 4–7 business days via UPS

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures or carrier delays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery destination, package weight, and selected carrier.
Free delivery may apply for qualifying orders (eg, above €200).

Our main carriers include UPS , and Colissimo .
Each shipment is tracked and insured until delivery.


⚠️ Responsibility

Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, NEWTREATS LTD is no longer responsible for delays or damages caused during transport.
Customers are required to inspect their parcel upon delivery and report any damage or missing items directly to the carrier within 48 hours.


πŸ“¬ Incorrect Addresses or Missed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, the customer will be responsible for additional reshipping fees .


✈️ International Deliveries

Customs duties and taxes (if applicable) are the customer's responsibility .
