Refund and Return Policy

🟩 RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE – IRELAND

Returns:

If your delivery address is located in Ireland , your return shipping costs are free of charge .
Any return request must be made by email to contact@newtreats-store.com within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.

Once your request is approved, you will receive:

  • a return form to include inside your package,
  • and detailed instructions on how to return your item (shipping method, procedure, etc.).

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 2 business days after the returned goods have been received and inspected, provided that all return conditions have been met.

All returned products must be in their original condition , unworn , undamaged , and accompanied by their original packaging and proof of purchase .


Exchanges:

If your delivery address is located in Ireland , return shipping costs are also free .
You must contact contact@newtreats-store.com within 14 days of receipt to request an exchange.

After validation, you will receive an email containing all necessary return instructions .
Once your returned item has been received and processed, our customer service team will issue a credit note equal to the original order amount (excluding shipping fees), valid for 12 months .

Returns:

If your delivery address is located outside of Ireland , return shipping costs are at your expense .
You must contact contact@newtreats-store.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Once your request is received, our team will send you detailed return instructions by email (procedure, address, shipping carrier, etc.).
No returns will be accepted without prior email validation.

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 2 business days after inspection of the returned item, provided that all return conditions are met.


Exchanges:

If your delivery address is located outside of Ireland , return shipping costs are your responsibility .
You must submit your exchange request via contact@newtreats-store.com within 14 calendar days .

Once approved, our customer service team will inform you of the next steps and documents to include with your package.
Once the returned item is received and approved, you will receive a credit note equal to the original order value (excluding shipping) , valid for 12 months .


πŸ“¦ RETURN STATUS

Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be processed using the same payment method within 24 to 48 hours .

In case of a refused return (item worn, damaged, or non-compliant), you will be notified by email within 7 calendar days from receipt of the package.
The product can then be shipped back to you at your expense.


πŸ’Ά RETURN SHIPPING FEES

Initial shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable .
Only the price of the returned item will be refunded, provided all return conditions are met.


πŸ“¦ PACKAGING CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To ensure product protection, items must be returned in their original box , placed inside a rigid and secure outer package .

Plastic bags or soft envelopes are not accepted.
Failure to comply may result in repackaging fees or a deduction from your refund depending on the condition of the parcel.


🚫 EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022 (Ireland) and Directive 2011/83/EU , the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

1. Rare or high-value products (over €250)

These items are sourced specifically upon request and cannot be easily resold.
They are considered special orders and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.

2. Customized or handmade products

This includes our customized New Era Yankees caps , whose decorative elements (flowers, bows, rhinestones, embroidery, pearls, etc.) are handcrafted or added individually per order .
These items are unique pieces and cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Size exchange exception

In case of a size issue with some adjustable models , an exchange may be offered, subject to stock availability and customer service approval.
No refund will be made in this case.
