Returns & Refunds (Klarna)

If you return an item, Klarna updates your payment plan once NEWTREATS processes the return:

  • Paid instalments are refunded to your original card.
  • Remaining instalments are cancelled on a full refund.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
